How to Join & How It Works

  • Download the App: Scan the on-site QR code or download the Touch4Wash app to sign up and manage your membership.

  • Flexible Vehicle Use: Valid on any vehicle you drive.

  • Individual Accounts: Memberships are tied to a single user and cannot be shared.

  • On-Site Activation: You must be physically at the paystation to activate a wash or vacuum cycle.

Membership & App FAQs

Everything you need to know about plans, wash allocations, and account management

  • Once you’ve downloaded the Touch4Wash app and selected your plan, drive up to the Red Baron Automatic Paystation, Open the app, ensure your phone’s location services and Bluetooth are enabled, select your current wash station, and confirm your wash or vacuum cycle directly from your screen.

  • Yes. Your membership is flexible and follows you, not a specific license plate or windshield sticker. You can use your wash allocations on any vehicle you are driving. However, accounts are strictly individual and cannot be shared across different drivers or active devices.

  • Wash and vacuum allocations reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. If you frequently find yourself with unused washes or needing more, you can switch tiers (Premier, Deluxe, or Express) at any time directly inside the app.

  • No. A Touch4Wash membership is only valid for an Automatic wash at our main location in Woodland Park, CO. You can choose between our Soft Touch or Touchless washes

  • Each plan includes dedicated vacuum cycles matching your wash count (e.g., 9 washes and 9 vacuums on the Premier Plan). Simply pull into a vacuum stall, open the Touch4Wash app, select the corresponding vacuum station number, and activate your time on-site.

  • You have complete control with no contracts or hidden fees. You can cancel or modify your plan anytime directly inside the Touch4Wash app under Account Settings before your next billing date.
